About Nadia

Leadership Beyond the Title

A hospitality executive, speaker, moderator, MC, entrepreneur, mentor and community leader — Nadia's leadership has been shaped as much by people as by position.

A Story That Begins in Jamaica

Nadia's story begins in Jamaica — where community was not a program or an initiative, but simply how life worked. People looked after one another, and leadership showed up in ordinary, everyday acts of care.

Immigrating to Canada meant starting again in a new country, learning new rooms and new expectations, and building a career from the ground up. That experience became the foundation of how Nadia leads today: with humility, with resilience, and with a deep understanding of what it feels like to be the newest person in the room.

Over the years, that work led into senior hospitality leadership — an industry that rewards presence, precision and genuine care for people — and eventually into the general manager's chair. Alongside it came entrepreneurship, mentorship and a widening circle of community involvement across tourism, business, youth development and cultural initiatives.

Mentorship has been a constant thread — informal conversations, formal programs, and the ongoing work of making rooms more accessible to the people who have not yet been invited into them.

Leadership Philosophy

“Success is not simply about what you accomplish. It is about who you bring with you, who you inspire and what you leave better than you found it.”
Speaking

Conversations That Move People to Action

Nadia speaks from experience rather than theory — combining personal stories, leadership lessons, humour, vulnerability and practical insight audiences can use the next morning.

MC & Moderator

More Than an MC.
A Connector of People,
Ideas and Energy.

A well-hosted event feels effortless. Behind that ease is preparation, presence and the ability to read a room in real time — keeping energy steady, transitions clean and audiences engaged from the first welcome to the final thank you.

Nadia listens beyond the prepared questions, draws out the insight underneath a panellist's answer, and connects ideas across the conversation so the discussion builds rather than repeats. Preparation includes speaker briefings, question design aligned to your programme objectives, and a run-of-show review with your team.
